What You’ll Do:

Generate leads and close deals (D2D lead generation required)

Manage Construction Projects from ‘Cradle to Grave’ – Owning Every Step

Build strong relationships and networks with customers, insurance adjusters, and crews

What We’re Requiring:

Competitive and self-motivated mindset with extreme ownership of your work

Ability to manage multiple projects while working autonomously with minimal oversight

Comfortable working outdoors, at heights (roofs), and evenings—consulting homeowners in person when they need it

Coachable – Willing to learn and have a growth mindset

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Additional Skillsets:

Sales experience– D2D Preferred; Roofing/Construction/Solar Sales a Plus!

Extraverted and able to Nurture a large Personal Network
