Position Overview:
This is an entry-level, paid apprenticeship program designed for inspaniduals looking to start or advance their roofing career. Over two years, you will gain essential skills in roofing techniques, safety, and best practices while working on residential and commercial projects. Upon completion, you will be prepared for a career as a certified roofer.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial properties.

• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning gutters and inspecting roofs for damage.

• Learn to troubleshoot roofing issues and repair structural damage.

• Follow safety protocols and work collaboratively with the team.

• Maintain tools and equipment and complete tasks on schedule.

Training & Development:

• Hands-on training in roofing techniques, materials, and safety standards.
