We are seeking top-tier independent sales professionals to introduce a highly sought-after estate implementation service to HNW and upper-middle-class (UMC) inspaniduals. Our firm partners with trusted advisors—estate attorneys, wealth managers, CPAs, and other financial professionals—who refer their clients to ensure their estate plans are executed seamlessly.

This is an independent 1099 contractor role with uncapped earning potential, making it ideal for professionals who want full control over their sales strategy while leveraging existing networks to build passive, recurring income from referral-based client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop referral partnerships with attorneys, wealth advisors, CPAs, and estate planners who introduce clients in need of implementation services.

  • Educate and advise prospective clients on how our firm ensures their estate plans are executed efficiently.

  • Close high-value client engagements (or refer them to an internal closer during the first 90 days).

  • Manage a self-sustaining pipeline by nurturing relationships with key advisors who generate repeat client referrals.

  • Use firm-provided CRM to log closed deals for commission tracking (no activity tracking required).

Compensation & Performance-Based Structure
  • Commission Range: 10-15% per closed engagement

  • Average Deal Size: $5,000-$15,000 (some cases $25K+)

  • Earnings Potential: $150,000-$300,000+ in the first year (performance-based)

  • First 90 Days: Access to an in-house closer, with commission split (10-12% to rep, 10-15% to closer)

  • Post 90 Days: Full commission (15-15%) upon demonstrated closing ability


Who We’re Looking For
  • High-trust sales professionals with experience in estate planning, financial services, private banking, wealth management, or legal consulting.

  • Confident relationship-builders who can engage with high-level professionals and affluent inspaniduals.

  • Consultative sales experts who understand how to position long-term value to sophisticated clients.

  • Proactive business developers who can cultivate 5-10 engaged referral partners to drive consistent client introductions.

  • Preference given to candidates near major metropolitan areas, but all qualified candidates authorized to work in the US will be considered.
