Job Description:

We're seeking licensed therapists to join our team in (1099) capacity with growth potential. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including evening and weekend availability, allowing you to design your ideal work-life balance.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on caseload size and licensure level.

Qualifications:

Active Texas license as LCSW, LPC

Provisional licenses welcome with active supervision (LCSW)

Genuine passion for therapeutic connection

Self-motivated with excellent clinical skills

As a growing practice, please note that our insurance credentialing process typically takes approximately 90 days from hire date to clinical start date. This position is ideal for therapists who:
