As a Store Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations focusing on the sales and morale of the store, organizing priorities in order to exceed sales and profit goals. What you will do: Provide friendly, caring, and professional customer service by actively assessing a client’s needs to fit them with arch supports and other accessories. Coach, train, and develop staff as you build the sales team. Be an honest and empathetic collaborator as you problem solve and bring fun into the workplace. Develop a strong team environment and store culture that embraces our mission and values. Assist with employee recruiting. Help train and develop talent; contribute to their professional growth. Increase and expand store sales and KPI’s and hire, train, and schedule staff.
