Job Description
A GIFT Team Advisor is a mission-driven financial professional dedicated to helping inspaniduals and families build clarity, protection, and long-term financial confidence. Advisors operate as independent business owners while being supported by the GIFT framework, training, and team culture. This role blends client service, financial education, and entrepreneurial growth with a strong emphasis on values, legacy, and generational impact.
GIFT Team Advisors progress through the Advisor Ascend Path, developing technical competence, leadership capability, and income sustainability over time.
Key Responsibilities
Client Impact & Financial Guidance
- Educate inspaniduals and families on foundational financial concepts, including protection, planning, and long-term wealth strategies
- Conduct structured client conversations to assess goals, values, and financial priorities
- Recommend appropriate financial solutions aligned with client needs and regulatory standards
- Maintain ongoing relationships to support clients through life transitions
Business Ownership & Growth
- Build and manage a personal book of business as an independent advisor
- Develop referral relationships within personal and professional networks
- Participate in team initiatives, workshops, and community outreach
- Utilize GIFT systems, tools, and processes to drive consistent growth
Professional Development
- Complete licensing and ongoing compliance requirements (life insurance and/or financial services, as applicable)
- Engage in structured training, mentorship, and performance coaching
- Progress through the GIFT Advisor Ascend Path toward increased responsibility and leadership
Team & Culture
- Uphold GIFT’s values of integrity, service, and generational stewardship
- Collaborate with fellow advisors and leaders to strengthen the team ecosystem
- Model professionalism, accountability, and a client-first mindset
Qualifications
Required
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for ownership and autonomy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High ethical standards and coachability
- Commitment to serving families and building long-term impact

- Background in finance, sales, education, coaching, or client service
- Prior experience in financial services, insurance, or advisory roles
